1. All Sales are Final: We do not offer refunds for any purchases made through Carsilog. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order.

2. Exchange Policy: In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of your product was received/delivered.

3. Exchange Process:
– To request an exchange, please complete the Product Exchange Request Form available on our website.
– Ensure that all required fields are accurately filled out.
– Provide detailed information about the reason for the exchange and any relevant documentation such as photographs of the damaged or defective item.
– Once your request is received, our customer service team will review it and contact you within 3 business days to initiate the exchange process.

4. Conditions for Exchange:
